The silver chalice (liturgical cup) belonged to the famous Abkhazian priest Joseph Lakrba. A bowl of simple handwork without a stamp with an engraved image of Christ, the Blessed Virgin and the Cross.
The chalice was purchased for the Church-Archaeological Museum at the expense of philanthropists (A.R. Kharazia and S.G. Kharazia) in 2004 in the art salon of Sukhum. In the Soviet period, the bowl was kept by the descendants of the priest Joseph Lakrba.
