The elders of the Russian Monastery of St. Panteleimon on mount Athos (Greece) – Archimandrite Macarius(died in June 19, 1889); Hieroschemonk Jerome (died in 14 November, 1885); Hieromonk Arseny (died in 17 November, 1879), the founders of the New Athos Monastery of St. the Apostle Simon the Canaanite (Abkhazia).  

Arseniy was a hieromonk of the Russian Monastery of St. Panteleimon on mount Athos (Greece), the founder of the New Athos monastery (Abkhazia). He died in 17 November, 1879 in Moscow.
