On the feast day of Saints Peter and Paul, the monastic tonsure of the novices Angelina and Emilia Saretsyan took place in the cathedral church of the New Athos Monastery. The novices got the names of the holy martyrs Hripsime and Gayane.
The tonsure was held by Archimandrite Dorotheos (Dbar). The nuns Hripsime and Gayane are icon painters of the icon painting workshop at the New Athos Monastery.
