On 6-7 January 2022, Christmas services were held in the New Athos Monastery.
Festive services were led by Archimandrite Dorotheos (Dbar). The Christmas service was held in the church of St. Andrew.
In connection with the quarantine measures taken in the Republic of Abkhazia, the brethren of the New Athos Monastery were unable to treat pilgrims and parishioners with festive meal.
